Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) will be processed within 24-48 hours upon order receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and major holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after order has been placed and received.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. Within 7 days of package receipt, if you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box, as well as the items that arrived damaged, along with package receipt to chasebeautysales@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. We will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another regarding their hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage.
