Shipping & Processing Times:

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon receipt.

Orders placed on Saturday and major holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Except in the case of receipt of damaged products. Within 14 days of package receipt, if you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box, as well as the items that arrived damaged, along with package receipt to chasebeautysales@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. We will only send replacements for damaged, and or missing products within 14 days of receipt of package.
